Video-analysis: Improve your swimming technique

Perfect your freestyle, butterfly, backstroke, or breaststroke technique having watched a recording your swimming style. See and discuss your faults with an expert swim coach. This video-analysis is the absolute premium coaching method and is suitable for swimmers of all levels, from those learning to swim the freestyle stroke for the first time, to those, aiming to break world records. Video-analysis is the most effective way to improve your swimming technique.

What to bring with you:

memory stick for copying the video-file

fins and any pull buoys or paddles that you normally use

bathrobe or big towel to avoid cold, when out of water

appropriate swimwear (bathers, cap and goggles)

Description:

Video will be recorded with camera above the water surface from side, frontal and top view and below the water line from frontal and side view. We will ask you to swim 100 to 200 m or just whatever you can do (if you're very new to swimming).

We offer four levels of service but highly recommend option 4 as the best pathway to improving your swimming:

• Recording only: You can take recording back home without being analyzed
  Time of recording: 15 min
  Price: 700,- CZK
• The second option is that the footage will be discussed directly by our expert swim coach and you will receive immediate feedback.
  Time of analysis: 30 - 45 min
  Price: 1.400,- CZK
• Stroke correction in the pool without proceeding video analysis. You will learn and practice drills addressing your specific issues with immediate results.
  Time of analysis and individual lesson: 1 h
  Price: 1.800,- CZK
• Full video filming, analysis and stroke correction in the pool afterwards (recommended). You will learn and practice drills addressing your specific issues with immediate results.
  Time of analysis and individual lesson: 1,5 – 2 h
